SPAM causes problems with Email Delivery

Over the past few years we periodically hear about complaints from someone who has been trying to reach us via email but never received a response. I would like to assure you that we try to make every effort possible to personally respond to all email requests that we receive. Over the past two plus years we have slowly been overwhelmed with SPAM. Currently our mail server receives over 800 messages a day, of which over six to seven hundred are automatically filtered as SPAM because of their origin, content or other criteria. That still leaves a lot of messages for only a handful of people to deal with each day.
If you feel that your emails are falling on deaf ears please feel free to use one of our contact forms which can be found by Clicking Here. as these forms are not filtered for SPAM and are submitted directly to our email server. If using the contact form please remember to double check your email address before submitting the form, if your email address is wrong it will be hard for us to send you a reply.
